One Law for All

If everybody would quit relying on man-made Theology there would be no need for denominations nor statements of Faith. There would be One God, One Belief, and One Torah as it was in the beginning. That Elohim is the same Loving Elohim, whose name is YVHV, that allowed Adam and Eve to live after they sinned because of HIS awesome Grace and Mercy.

HE did not lay down separate rules for this Natural Born or Adopted Children. The Rules are the same for all.

Numbers 15: 13 “‘Everyone who is native-born must do these things in this way when he brings an offering made by fire as an aroma pleasing to the LORD. 14 For the generations to come, whenever an alien or anyone else living among you presents an offering made by fire as an aroma pleasing to the LORD, he must do exactly as you do. 15 The community is to have the same rules for you and for the alien living among you; this is a lasting ordinance for the generations to come. You and the alien shall be the same before the LORD: 16 The same laws and regulations will apply both to you and to the alien living among you.

Hebrew Aleph Bet Has No Vowels

The Hebrew Aleph bet has no vowels. Why is this important, one might ask? It is important because many throw away the Old Testament as Jewish or “done away with” by the Messiah. The Old Testament doesn’t rely on the New Testament but the New Testament relies on the Old Testament to explain itself.

The Old Testament can only be understand because of ORAL TRADITION of the Jews. Without ORAL TRADITION most can’t even understand what the Old Testament even says. This is because Hebrew has no vowels and for us to understand it we rely on Oral Tradition to put the vowels in place for us to help us understand the meanings of the verses. The Oral Tradition protected God’s word and has now been placed into the Written Scriptures to help us understand. In fact, 99% of the Christian Bible is dependent on Oral Tradition.

It wasn’t until the middle ages that the Masoretic Text came along and it was recently compared to the Dead Sea Scrolls in which they agree with each other.

Immaculate Conception Meaning – Catholic Catechism #508

According to Catholic Catechism # 508, Yeshua was not the only perfect/sinless person ever to walk the earth. In fact, Catechism #508 states that Mary was born without original sin then goes on to state she never sinned while on earth.

Catechism #508 –  From among the descendants of Eve, God chose the Virgin Mary to be the mother of his Son. “Full of grace”, Mary is “the most excellent fruit of redemption” (SC 103): from the first instant of her conception, she was totally preserved from the stain of original sin and she remained pure from all personal sin throughout her life.

hmmmmm…… While most believe that the Immaculate Conception has to do with Jesus being born to a Virgin, it is actually the Catholic Doctrine that Mary was born without original sin and lived without sin…

Yom Kippur, Yom haKippurim, Day of Atonement

Day of Atonement or Yom Kippur was about Worship. Many of the Feast Days’ personal offerings for the Most High were about receiving Atonement while inside the Temple/Tabernacle to prevent you from dying while in presence of El Shaddai (God Almighty). When you read your Bibles, the “you” in English comes from a Hebrew word that is not singular but plural. This means the whole House of Israel. Atonement was for The People, The Tabernacle, The Priesthood, The Altar, and The Holy Sanctuary. This was NOT done away with by our Messiah dying. The Altar, Sanctuary, and Tabernacle can’t sin so there goes the theology that it’s just for the Jews and their personal sin.

The actual word for Day of Atonement is Yom haKippurim and has no equivalent in English. It lost its meaning from Hebrew to English. It doesn’t mean “atonement” as understand by English speaking people.

HIS commands are clear and HE commands that we Worship Him in HIS way forever. If Yeshua (Jesus) was there in the beginning (John 1:1), then HE also helped pen the Old Testament. Through HIM it was written and HE knew one day HE would die to save us. HE gave the commands to keep the Feast Days FOREVER knowing HE would come back one day in the future and save mankind. Knowing this HE could have stated to keep the Feast Days “until I return”; HE did not state it that way.

Hebrews 4:15 shows us that our Messiah never sinned and followed the Feast Days. Acts 27:9 shows us it was being observed by early Christians. Paul shows us in Philippians 3:4-6 that he followed all the Feast Days. Paul also states in Acts 28:17 he was still following the customs of his ancestors, those customs were commanded by YHVH (God)…

Polycarp of Smyrna celebrated the Feast Days and is considered a saint in the Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Oriental Orthodox, Anglican, and Lutheran churches.

Epaphras and Colossians 2:16

We know that Paul wrote many letters and those letters often showed they were all still keeping the feasts. Here are some verses that show “Feast Keeping” was still being observed. (Luke 2:41, Matthew 26:17, Mark 14:12, Luke 22:7, Acts 20:6).

So we are often asked whom Paul was writing to in the following verse.

Colossians 2:16. “Therefore let no one pass judgment on you in questions of food and drink, or with regard to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath.”

Many believe Paul is talking to the new non-Jewish believers often called Gentiles. We have a study showing the word Gentile never existed and is a bad translation of all non-Jews. Basically Gentile, from the word Goy(im), means Nation(s) outside the Nation of Israel. If you are in covenant and believe in the Messiah then you have become part of the Nation of Israel; biblically speaking.

Now back on track. Many believe Paul was telling the new converts to not worry about doing any of that stuff because it is for the Jews only and all that “Law” stuff was nailed to the cross. Well…….We dove in and took a look into this exact subject a little more to see whom exactly Paul was talking to.

Paul mentions the name Epaphras and tells us he was imprisoned with him (Philemon 1:23). Epaphras was from Colossae. It is highly plausible Epaphras founded the church in Colossae to whom the book of Colossians was written. Those beliefs probably spread to start the churches in Laodicea and Hierapolis. Taking those facts into account along with the fact that Paul himself was still celebrating feast days, Paul would have taught Epaphras to “KEEP” the feast days along with everything else. We feel if that is the case then Paul is not writing to the Church of Colossae to tell them to stop doing those things but to not worry about those outside the church that are passing judgment on them because the “ARE” doing those things.

For an even more in-depth look take a look at our 5 facts about the Book of Colossians.

Marcion, the man behind the lie.

We have posted about him many times and talked about him for countless hours.  You want to know who or whom was the first to separate Old and New Testament?  You want to know who or whom separated Christianity from following anything from the Old Covenant?

His name was MARCION.  He started Marcionism. He taught to accept Yeshua and reject the God of Israel.  He taught that Yahweh was cruel and unmerciful.  He taught Yeshua was the opposite of Yahweh.  Think about that.  We are still taught the theory to separate the Testaments.

Marcion was born around 57-58 A.D.  Marcion’s theology didn’t gain ground until late 1st Century / early 2nd Century. His message was widely accepted by Samaritans and all the pagan communities.  By 122/123 A.D. his fame had spread across the ancient world with hundreds of thousands of converts to this new- pragmatic, simplified philosophy.  The Roman Catholic church states they excommunicated him but that story is highly debated.  Even today his theology holds true throughout all of Christianity.  The splitting of OLD vs NEW is taught everywhere.  Through our research we believe he set the FOUNDATION for Roman Catholicism and taught against Orthodox Christians.  He was one bad man.  Although he felt he was teaching the Gospel of Christ the right way, he was a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Galatians 6:2 Fulfill

Did Yeshua (Jesus) complete the LAW?  Some have shown that loving your neighbors COMPLETES the LAW because of this verse in which Yeshua (Jesus) is saying to Love your neighbor and God will all your heart.

Matthew 22:40 On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”

Well we came across this verse. Galatians 6:2  Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

In the previous verse the word fulfill is used.  Many take that to mean complete as most are taught in the next verse directly from the mouth of our Messiah.

Matthew 5:17  Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.

Again the word fulfill is used.  Does this mean that everything is complete?  If we look at it that way we can then take the Galatians 6:2 verse to mean that if we take on the burdens of others e have completed the LAW.

In TRUTH the word Fulfill means to “bring meaning to, magnify, or fully preach/teach” not to complete.

Halloween and All Saints Day

Halloween or All Hollows Eve is the night before All Saints Day.  All Hollows Eve is Oct. 31st and All Saints Day is November 1st.  It is supposed to be a night when the dead can reunite with the living according to Ancient Celtic tradition.  The Roman Catholic church then adopted the practice to uproot the pagan celebration and make it their own for all the Saints and Martyrs that passed away.

We can’t find anywhere in our Bibles that we are commanded to make up a celebration/feast day for any human being.  Why has man turned from celebrating HIS Feast Days, replaced some of them, forgot about most of them, and now has created man made feast days.   Why don’t we just stick with what is taught in the scriptures.  Some say because Paul said we don’t have to do that anymore.  Do you really believe that Paul had the power or mindset to undo Yahweh’s commands?  Do you truly believe that our Elohim would have taught Paul a different Gospel than HE taught all the other Disciples?  If you do believe Paul changed the Gospel to go against HIS commands then you have been misled by false teachers.

Colossians 2 Facts

Many are taught Colossians 2:16-23 does away with the Old Covenant or more specifically the Torah (1st Five Books of Old Testament).  The Torah is simply HIS divine instructions.

Colossians fact #1:  The ENTIRE book of Colossians never mentions the word Law one time.  Keeping this in mind, we should never point the book of Colossians in the direction of making the Torah (Divine Instructions) obsolete.

Colossians fact #2:  There are many bad translations for the word “new” as in “new covenant” throughout the Bible.  It should be translated as saying “Renewed” covenant.  All covenants are layered on top of the previous covenant throughout the history of HIS sacred text.  As far as the Old Testament verses the New Testament goes a man named Marcion coined those terms.  If somebody handed you a Bible as a child and you were never taught to separate the two Testaments you would learn the Divine Instructions first (Torah=1st Five Books) and then learn as you read further along that you are saved by belief in Yeshua (Jesus).    By learning this way you would not just throw away all the commands because you were saved by Yeshua (Jesus).

Colossians fact #3: Colossians 2:16-23 is talking about Human Precepts not Yahweh’s (God’s) precepts.

Colossians fact #4: The only thing that changed is “how” we are saved.  We are saved by the belief in the One True Messiah.  Having Faith has always been required from the beginning of creation.  If you don’t have Faith you never had any promise in the Old Testament.  If Adam would have had Faith he would not have eaten from the Tree of knowledge.  The Israelites showed their Faith through obedience.  They had to paint blood of their doorposts to avoid death of their 1st born male sons.  The reason they obeyed the command to paint the blood is because they had FAITH.  Without Faith their 1st born male children would have been killed.  Without obedience their 1st born male children would have been killed.  They had both.  They had the Faith what they were told was true and they followed in obedience to the command.

Colossians fact #5:  The Torah (1st Five Books of Old Testament=Divine Instructions) commands that in order to be judged and found guilty there must be 2 witness to the offense (see Deuteronomy 19:15).  Keeping this in mind we all know that our Messiah did and will follow Torah (Divine Instructions) perfectly forever and never sin against it.  So let’s cover “CERTIFICATE/RECORD OF DEBT” as mentioned in Colossians 2:14.  The correct translation means “debt” in Aramaic.  Some translate as sin but sinning is basically making us go into debt to HIM.  When we sin, Yahweh (God) is the 1st witness to that offense.  The Certificate of Debt is the 2nd witness to that sin.  In following the commands from Torah (Divine Instructions) our Elohim (God) would have the required witnesses (2 or more) to condemn us and take away eternal life.   When Yeshua (Jesus) died on the stake HE erased the 2nd witness (Certificate of Debt) allowing us to be found blameless before the Father (Yahweh).  Now that only one witness is left we can’t be held accountable for our sin.  The ONLY way we are then saved is through the belief in the Messiah dying for us to erase the 2nd witness.

What is Jesus’ real name?

Did you know that Joshua, Isaiah, and Jesus all have the same root name?

Yĕhowshuwa, Yeshua, Yashua, Yĕsha`yah, Y’shua…all sorts of spellings but all the same translation.

From our research we believe the Greeks translators messed up HIS name along the way. There were four different versions of Greek before they used “Koine” Greek as the Bible translation which is a different dialect that ca…me to be during the Hellenistic period. They made up the name Jesus (strong’s 2424). Jesus stems from the Greek work Iēsous which means Jehovah is Salvation according to Strong’s Lexicon. It is pronounced ē-ā-sü’s. Sounds close to ZEUS huh? Many speculate that is where its origin came from but through our research their is not substantial proof of that part of the equation.

In Hebrew HIS name would be HaMashiach Yeshua which means the Messiah of Salvation. How does one get Jesus from the root word Yehowshuwa which is correctly translated into English as Joshua?  Technically speaking if you wanted an “ENGLISH” version of our Messiah’s name it would be Joshua not Jesus. Joshua has the same Hebrew name and it got translated to Joshua yet when it comes to our Messiah, HIS name got translated to Jesus.
